Christine’s enthusiasm for her work really comes through, but she knows it takes more than a smile to meet a client’s expectations. She follows two philosophies: Do it right the first time and begin with the end in mind.
People buy or sell property for all kinds of reasons. Upgrading to make room for the new baby is very different than selling the family home when lifestyles change. “Because clients have so many different reasons for seeking real estate assistance,” Christine says, “you have to take the time to know what their desired end results are, what they’re trying to achieve, before you can begin to help them. Everyone’s requirements are unique. That means really listening to their wants and needs up front. In the end, what I want to hear from clients is that I paid attention to the details and delivered positive results.” Not only will you get outstanding service; expect to have a little fun along the way. Christine started in real estate after a long successful career in information technology project management for large companies like Nissan Motor Corporation. “Those complex projects revealed the importance of building strong relationships. You can understand business and meet the technical requirements of any job, but it’s the people that make it work.” Christine has a degree in Human Resource Management, is involved with the community, and truly enjoys spending time with older adults. She and her husband David Harry, a plant/animal geneticist, are avid sea kayakers who spend their free time on the water or working in the yard of their Philomath home. They are members of the Willamette Kayak and Canoe Club and love exploring the numerous amenities the mid-Willamette Valley has to offer. |
