I'm a pretty simple person at heart, and that's my approach to helping you buy or sell your real estate. Helping great people achieve their goals is something that I take very seriously; mostly everything else, not so much.
 
But I didn't always live and breathe real estate. Originally a graduate from Cal State with a graphic design background and a specialty in print, I know lofty terms like "kerf", "flexography", "trapping", and the what a "pica" is. I can hand letter Helvetica on 100lb art board and know more about fonts than the average gal. I see colors in shades of PANTONE (did you know the annual color for 2013 is 17-5641 Emerald?). I love marketing and have an eye for detail that I believe translates well into the world of real estate, especially staging homes to look their best to potential buyers in today's market.
 
Yes, it’s true I spend my days brushing up on every new property that comes up in our market, but I also love ripple chips, hay bales, and keeping current with teen music idols. Even chasing the dog with my kids makes me as warm and fuzzy as the sight of rolling hills of farmlands in my camera viewfinder. As you can see, I’m not just a REALTOR, I’m a real person.
 
And don't get me started on how much I love iPhones, photography or anything tech. Get me started and I just can’t stop!
 
Real estate is a huge part of my life. I strive each day to expand my knowledge base in order to benefit my clients. But there are many other parts! I am the proud mother of 2 'tweens' and the privileged wife of an awesome husband and silent partner in my real estate business. I am a SoCal native, have two incredible nephews, and hail from Disney's Anaheim -- go Angels! However, since then, I've replaced my flip flops and sunscreen for a fabulous pair hiking boots and neoprene outerwear. I've grown to love everything Corvallis and couldn't imagine a more ideal place to raise my family than right here in Oregon.
