Jessica is a full-time professional Realtor and is associated with Town & Country Realty in Albany, Oregon. She is focusing her real estate services in the Mid-Willamette Valley as she grew up and went to school in Albany and Corvallis.

In January of 2005, Jessica moved back to Oregon from Marin County, California, where she was a consistent multi-million dollar producer representing both buyers and sellers in Marin and Sonoma counties in their purchase or sale of residential and commercial property.

Jessica became a member of the Marin Association of Realtors in 1995. In 2001, she received the President's Bronze Award of Distinction and in 2004, the President's Silver Award of Distinction.

Since returning to Oregon and joining Town & Country Realty in 2005, Jessica has represented a wide range of clients. Familiar with the fast pace of California real estate, increasing property appreciation and multiple-offer situations, she has a unique background from which to work for her clients here in Oregon. Whether it's representing the City of Albany in the $3 million purchase of their new library, or first-time home-owners selling a $100,000 fixer; she loves her job and couldn't imagine doing anything else.

"I believe that the more information my clients have, the better the decision they can make," she says about the qualities she brings to her profession. "They need to understand the process, they need to know their options, and they need to be kept updated. If they don't know what is going on, they aren't having fun and I haven't done my job."

Jessica believes it's important to be involved in and contribute to her community. She is currently the Secretary for the Greater Albany Rotary Club and a member of both the Crab Fest and Pedal Away Polio Committees.  She is the President of the Albany Downtown Association, and Chair of the Design Reivew and Extreme Window Makeover Committees.  She is President-Elect of SafeHaven Humane Society and a member of the Capital Campaign Committee.

Jessica is a member of both the Albany Area and Lebanon Area Chambers of Commerce and a  volunteer for the Linn County Sheriff's Office.  She received the Volunteer of the Year in Special Services for 2007; and in 2008, the Partner in Service Award from the Oregon Emergency Management Association.

One of Jessica's hobbies is gardening with a focus on native plants that provide food and shelter for wild birds. She has traveled extensively, including Europe, Mexico, China and Kathmandu. She is an exotic bird rescuer and currently lives in downtown Albany.
