For Buyers, we'll start out meeting to talk about your needs and how the process works. If you're coming from out of town, we'll talk about the various areas within the Willamette Valley and how they might work for you. If you're a local buyer and already have an area chosen, we'll talk in more depth about current market conditions and prices and how soon you're looking to move. My goal is to respect your time and show you properties that are potentially a great fit for you. Making sure I know what your goals are ensures that we get you a property that works for you and on your timing.

Here's a little information about my background:

I grew up in Massachusetts and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business, with an emphasis on Housing and Community Development. I hold a B.S. in Business, and B.A. and M.A. in Regional Science (Geography/Location Theory) in addition to several more recent real estate specific designations. I spent the early part of my career in commercial real estate site selection. Then, over 20 years in marketing, including Fortune 500 companies in CA, founding my own small business consulting firm and 9 years as Director of Marketing for OSU. My husband Steve is an engineer at HP - so I am able to keep in touch with some of the changes happening at a major mid-Valley employer. I  am and have been an active participant in many civic and community service activities including the Corvallis Rotary Club, the Downtown Strategic Vision Committee, 4-H, Hospital Foundation (WISH), local school bond measures and Habitat for Humanity - Benton County. We have two children at home, and one in college and live on nearly 10 acres of pasture and forestland with horses, goats, dogs, cats, rabbits and fish. I do the Sudoku puzzle just about every day (it's easier than the NYT Crossword) and spend my free time playing tennis at Timberhill Tennis Club or doing the ellipticals at the athletic club, cheering on CHS girls' golf, going to 4-H Rabbit shows, traveling, attending cultural events and trying my hand at gourmet cooking for our extended family and friends who dare.
