Karen grew up in South Florida where her grandfather was a prominent Realtor and instrumental in the development of Coral Cables Waterway, making real estate a natural career choice. Karen has been active in Oregon's building industry since 1993 and a Realtor® since 1996. Her specialty is new construction and subdivisions. Her hard work and dedication is well reflected in the success of Sunset Meadows, Brookfield, Neabeack Hill and Neabeack Ridge.

Karen is married to Loren Schneider, project manager of the Oregon division of Schneider Homes, Inc. They have four children: Jason, an auto body specialist; Jenny, Quentin and Michael, in college. Karen especially enjoys gardening, cooking & traveling, but most of all spending time with family.
