A friendly easy going individual, Mike feels his strengths are listening, attention to detail, and follow-through. Being a member of the Willamette, Oregon and National Board of Realtors, and subscribing to the ideals and ethics of the membership, communicates an assurance of trust that Mike takes very seriously.
Mike was raised all over the West Coast and learned to welcome change, a value that his clients recognize as an asset that will assist them in the process of accomplishing their goals. Following in family footsteps, Mike has cherished memories of walking off property, putting up yard signs, and taking care of clients' pets for his grandmother's real estate business. "She shared many real estate tips that I've been able to use and put into practice in my new career."
Within a short time of attaining his Realtors license, Mike has also successfully completed courses to receive certificates for e-PRO, ABR, CRS, GRI, and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). The SRES designation allows him to meet the special needs and concerns of maturing Americans, and the certificate demonstrates his specialized skills to help seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property or managing the capital gains and tax implications of owning real estate. The importance of the SRES certification has resulted because America is maturing and over 80% of its contemporary seniors own real estate and/or are buying new properties.
Mike and wife Michele enjoy riding their ATVs on the Oregon Dunes, traveling abroad, billiards, vacationing at Lake Shasta, landscaping their home, and being with family and friends as much as possible.
