“Pete Seker” is a native of Corvallis who eagerly shares his enthusiasm for the region. His in-depth knowledge of the community and the real estate market helped him become a top Realtor® before purchasing Town & Country Realty in 1999. “Our goal is to remain the #1 brokerage in the Mid-Willamette Valley while providing our customers the highest level of professional real estate services.”
Clients appreciate Pete's low-key, no-pressure style, his professionalism, and his thoroughness. A specialist in both residential and investment real estate, he believes in ongoing, regular communication with clients to keep them informed at every stage of a transaction. He's one of less than three percent of Realtors nationally to earn the CRB (Certified Residential Broker), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and GRI (Graduate Realtor® Institute) professional designations. Pete recognizes that the economic foundations for our community are found in its diversity, rich cultural activities, quality education, and healthy business and industry. For this reason, he has a strong commitment to our community and supports the efforts of his staff to do the same. His community activities include President of the Benton County Foundation, member of the Corvallis Rotary Club since 1991, and the Corvallis Country Club. In addition, he's a past President of the Corvallis-OSU Music Association and has served on the Willamette Valley Multiple Listing Service and Corvallis Chamber-Coalition boards. Pete was honored by the Corvallis Chamber of Commerce as the Robert C. Ingalls Business Person of the Year in 2004. Pete and his wife, Linda, a retired elementary school teacher of 30 years, have two children, Megan and Nolan. Pete's leisure time is spent traveling with his family, playing golf, and attending community events. “I’m very fortunate to be a part of such a great organization that has been an integral part of our community since 1951,” states Pete, who is looking forward to many years of continued involvement in the community. |
